We present to you a residential building with a medical center, located in Odessos region, Varna, Bulgaria. The building is designed with a modern architectural appearance that contrasts with the existing buildings and shows a new direction of development.

The design seeks a sense of modernism combined with a high level of energy efficiency. The architectural appearance is achieved through a combination of ventilated facades and neutral color combinations.
