Sector house

January 30, 2026

Sector House is a contemporary residential project defined by clarity of form, strong geometry, and a refined dialogue between materials and landscape. The house is conceived as a sequence of sculptural volumes, carefully composed to create rhythm, depth, and visual balance across the façade.

The architecture is characterized by clean, angular lines and a dynamic interplay between solid and void. White geometric planes are paired with exposed concrete and warm wood cladding, resulting in a restrained yet expressive material palette. These contrasting textures enhance the building’s horizontal composition while grounding it naturally within its surroundings.

Generous floor-to-ceiling glazing opens the interior toward the landscape, allowing daylight to penetrate deep into the living spaces and blurring the boundary between inside and outside. In the evening, the house transforms as warm interior lighting accentuates the structure’s geometry, emphasizing its layered volumes and architectural depth.

The layout is organized to ensure privacy while maintaining openness, with carefully positioned projections and recesses that create sheltered terraces and intimate outdoor zones. Landscaping is integrated as an essential architectural element, softening the structure and reinforcing its connection to nature.

Sector House embodies a modern, minimalist approach to residential design—precise, calm, and timeless—where form, material, and light work together to create an elegant and comfortable living environment.
