Nikola Nenov is in charge of many projects at REDOX architecture studio, where he expertly prioritizes tasks and resources to keep complex workflows running smoothly. With a strong sense of responsibility and a calm, solutions-oriented approach, he ensures that deadlines are met without compromising design quality. Nikola plays a key role in coordinating teams, translating concepts into buildable solutions, and maintaining high technical standards throughout every phase of a project. Our team would definitely not be the same without our incredible Senior Architect, whose reliability, experience, and leadership are felt across the entire studio.

As part of our team, Neli Tashkova contributes to the development of the studio’s architectural vision with a thoughtful and dedicated approach to design. She works across projects of different scales, combining strong conceptual thinking with precision and attention to detail. With a keen understanding of space, materiality, and functionality, Neli develops architectural solutions that are both contemporary and purposeful. Her work demonstrates a careful balance between creative exploration and practical considerations, resulting in coherent and well-resolved spaces that reflect the studio’s distinctive design philosophy and identity.
As a Technical Associate and Social Media Manager, Ralitsa Mladenova plays an important role in supporting both the technical development and public communication of the studio. She combines strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, contributing to the coordination and preparation of project documentation while ensuring a smooth workflow across different stages of the design process. Alongside her technical responsibilities, Ralitsa manages the studio’s social media presence, creating and curating content that communicates our projects, ideas, and architectural identity.
